Dr. Dean Vander Wiele, Senior Pastor

Dr. Dean Vander Wiele has served as senior pastor of Coatesville Bible Fellowship since June 2005 after serving churches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a graduate of Word of Life Bible Institute, Lancaster Bible College (BS), Liberty University (MAR, MA) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (DMin). Dean and his wife Kathy have three children: Kari, a graduate student at Arcadia University; Kiel, a senior at Nyack College; Kaleb, a freshman at Liberty University.

Christopher Garland, Pastor of Next Generation Ministries

Chris has served as Pastor of Next Generation Ministries (youth and young adults) since April 2007. He has a passion for youth and young adults and has worked in the field of youth ministry since volunteering in 1998. He became a full-time pastor in 2005 and has enjoyed helping young people grow in their faith. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College (BS in Bible—Youth Ministry) and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Arts in Ministry. Chris and his wife Joy have one child, Gabriel. Chris’ vision for his life is to: “Intentionally contact, teach and encourage students, to make a spiritual impact in their lives, while equipping them to do the same, in order to reach their friends for Christ.”

Renee Marshall, Secretary/Worship Coordinator

Renee came on staff with Coatesville Bible Fellowship in 2003 after graduating from Nyack College with a degree in Church Music. CBF is her home church and she is excited to be a part of the ministry here again. Renee brings a willing spirit, a gift of leading worship, and a desire to serve God to her ministry. In her spare time you will find Renee spending time with her new husband, Brad. And now that wedding planning is done she finally has more time to devote to her music as well as picking up some new hobbies. If you call on the phone or stop by the church office, it will be Renee's cheerful voice that will greet you.
